"Since 1983 The Pasadena Ballroom Dance Association has offered live bands for Swing dancing every Saturday night open to the entire community. We are appreciative of the many talented musicians we have here in the Los Angeles area, and we can unequivocally say that Aileen Quinn and The Leapin' Lizards are among the best of the best. They play a wonderful variety of Swingin' sounds, and always achieve a great rapport with their audiences.

We've also had the opportunities to hire this band for special events outside of our own venue (as an example: our recent Swingin' Under the Stars event at Pasadena's Paseo Mall, which we co-hosted with the mall earlier this year.) In every situation this band is thoroughly professional, extremely easy to work with, energetic and fun, and gives their audiences the highest caliber show. We highly recommend this band. If you have any questions feel free to call us."

“Aileen Quinn and the Leapin’ Lizards.” Yes, little orphan Annie is all grown up, and in a Rockabilly band. The sultry spitfire brought the crowd to the dance floor with a mix of classics, originals, and plenty of swing.

"Last weekend, I was lucky to catch two shows on Saturday, July 1, Aileen Quinn and The Leapin’ Lizards, a fun rockabilly and swing band that is easy to bop around the dance floor. They play tunes ranging from Elvis to Stay Cats and original music with a special mention of the very talented Aileen Quinn who pours her heart and soul into the vocals. They attract a regular following and I too plan to be a future groupie."

Aileen Quinn and The Leapin’ Lizards:  This high octane band really delivers with foot stomping', grooving tunes and sassy, sexy melodic vocals.  Aileen Quinn is a Two time Golden Globe nominated actress best known for playing the title role in the 1982 film "Annie", directed by John Huston.  Aileen made her Broadway debut at age 8 and has continued performing for over 30 years.   Aileen has also recorded two albums with Columbia Records: the multi-platinum "Annie" soundtrack, and her solo album, "Bobby's Girl", produced by Barbra Streisand/Dolly Parton producer, Gary Klein.  As lead singer of The Leapin' Lizards", Aileen's powerful, vocals take the audience on a rockin' ride, swingin' to a masterfully mix of classic and Rockabilly hits from the 50's and 60's, as well as the band's own soulful memorable originals.
